High Speed Mixer Machine

This working platform is designed for high-speed mixing the PVC powder with chemical additives & wood flour, by high-speed mixing process which ensure the raw materials are proper mixing (Coating) and combined in a high-speed mixer at working temperatures between 100–130°C. The intensive mixing ensures homogeneous dispersion of all materials, which is critical for consistent WPC product quality.

Vertical Type Cooling Blender Machine

The hot compound from the high-speed mixer is transferred to a vertical cooling blender, which rapidly reduces the material temperature to below 45~60°C. Controlled cooling prevents premature agglomeration and prepares the compound for pelletizing.

Pelletizer Extrusion Line

The WPC compound is fed into a pelletizer, where it is extruded and cut into uniform granules (WPC resin pellets) and by multiple air-cooling stages before storage at the raw material storage silo.

Consistent pellet size ensures stable feeding in the downstream profile extrusion stage and improves final product density and surface finish.

WPC Resin

The output of the pelletizing stage is WPC resin — a standardized intermediate material ready for profile extrusion / injection molding. WPC resin can also be stored and transported, offering manufacturers flexibility in production scheduling.

WPC Profile Extrusion Plant

WPC resin pellets are fed into a twin-screw or single-screw extruder, melted, and forced through a precision-engineered die to form the desired profile shape — such as decking boards, wall cladding, or window frames. The profile is then calibrated, cooled in a water tank, and cut to length.

The benefit of working with twin-screws extruder is to gain massive production and idea design for making extra-large size WPC profile / WPC panel.

The befit of working with single-screw extruder is to gain wood like WPC profile / WPC panel, but the products is idea for medium-small size.

Finished Plastic Wood Composite Profile

The final WPC profiles are dimensionally stable, UV-resistant, and ready for downstream finishing processes such as embossing, sanding, or painting. Common end products include outdoor decking, garden fencing, floor panel, interior wall panels, celling panel, decorative strips, and door/windows frames, etc…
