lnside Lamination Bag / BOPP Laminated Bags Making Machine

Inside lamination woven bags — also called PE liner inside laminated bags — are high-performance PP woven sacks with PE liner laminated to the interior surface. This inner lamination layer creates a smooth, moisture-resistant lining that enhances product protection, reduces dust emission during filling, and extends shelf life for moisture-sensitive contents such as fertilizers, seeds, animal feed, flour, and chemical powders.

At Hao Yu Precision Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., we have engineered complete inside lamination bag manufacturing lines since 1980. Our turnkey solutions cover every stage — from flat yarn extrusion through co-extrusion film blowing, inner liner lamination, flexographic printing, and automated cutting and sewing — delivering high-output lines with consistent lamination bond strength and precise dimensional control.

Detailed Inside Lamination Bag Manufacturing Process

01

Raw Materials Mixer (HY7-400)

The mixer with thermal heating uniformly blends PP/HDPE resin with additives (lubricants, UV stabilizers, colorants) prior to extrusion. Consistent material homogeneity at this stage is essential for achieving stable flat yarn tensile strength — the structural foundation for inside lamination bags required to withstand heavy-load filling, stacking, and transport of bulk materials including fertilizers and chemical powders.

02

PP/HDPE High Speed Flat Yarn Extrusion Line (HE Series)

PP/HDPE granules are melted and extruded into flat yarn (raffia). Max. PP melting output reaches 100/ 160/ 240/ 320/ 420/ 520/ 600 kg/hr.; Max. HDPE melting output reaches 80/ 120/ 190/ 250/ 320/ 400/ 480 kg/hr.

Equipped with a plastics melt pump, belt-type screen filter changer, pro-back up long-life filter and rotary blade slitting system, the take-off unit is controlled by a pneumatic system, electronically tension control winder and synchronized central electronic control box — ensuring consistent yarn width, tensile strength and a flat & even winding edge.

03

Mini 6 Shuttles Circular Loom (HY7-m6SCL+)

The circular loom weaves flat yarn into tubular woven fabric — the base substrate for the inside lamination bag. Fabric weight, weave density, and tube diameter are calibrated to the target bag capacity (typically 25–50 kg) and downstream lamination requirements. Hao Yu's multi-shuttle circular looms deliver consistent tubular fabric quality at high throughput, with auto-stop systems for warp and weft yarn breakage to minimize unplanned downtime.

04

Two Layers Co-Extrusion Film Blowing Machine (HY7-50E)

The co-extrusion film blowing machine produces a two-layers EVA/HDPE composite film that will be laminated to the inner surface of the woven tube. The co-extrusion process precisely controls film thickness, layer ratio, and producing a film with the sealing properties of EVA to PP woven fabric and the strength and barrier performance of HDPE. Consistent film gauge across the roll width is critical for achieving uniform lamination bond strength in the next stage.

05

PP Woven Tubular Fabric Inner Liner Inside Lamination Machine (HY7-IF50)

The inside lamination machine feeds the woven tubular fabric and the co-extruded EVA/HDPE film simultaneously, bonding the film to the interior surface of the woven tube through a heat and pressure lamination process. The resulting inside-laminated tube has a smooth, moisture-resistant inner liner that reduces dust, prevents product moisture absorption, and improves product flowability during filling. Bond strength uniformity across the full tube width is the key quality parameter controlled at this station.

06

Roll-to-Roll Flexographic Printing Machine (HY7-206NRP)

The roll-to-roll flexographic printing system applies multi-color brand identity, product specifications, regulatory markings, and handling instructions directly onto the laminated woven fabric roll. Unlike piece-by-piece printing, roll-to-roll operation enables high-speed, continuous printing with precise registration — essential for consistent branding on large production volumes of inside lamination bags for fertilizer, seed, or animal feed applications.

Our roll to roll flexographic printing machine provide 2 sides 4 up to 12 colors and the printing combination and provide high quality printing on the PP woven fabric.

The working speed is 50 ~ 120 m/min and enable non-stop continuous operation.

07

High Speed Auto Cutting & Sewing Machine (HY7/SP-150H)

A fully automatic conversion line driven by servo motor that produces finished bottom fold-sewn bags directly from the printed, inside-laminated tubular fabric rolls. The production output is 30 ~ 42 bags/min. and the line integrates cutting, bottom sewing, and count-stacking in a single high-speed pass. Its minimal moving parts design reduces labor consumption and maintenance requirements while maintaining consistent bag dimensions — critical for reliable performance on automated filling lines at customer facilities.

08

Finished Inside Lamination Bag

The completed inside lamination bags feature a PP woven outer layer for structural strength and a EVA/HDPE inner liner for moisture barrier performance. Common applications include packaging for fertilizers, seeds, animal feed, flour, starch, and chemical powders where moisture control and dust reduction are critical. Bags are dimensionally precise, compatible with automated filling systems, and ready for high-volume shipment to agricultural, food, and chemical industries.

FAQ — Inside Lamination Bag Production Line

Q:
What is the difference between inside lamination bags and outside lamination bags?
A:

Inside lamination bags can secure the packaging products with moisture resistance much more than outside lamination bags, due to outside lamination bags its external laminated layer sometime will be peels off or damaged, then cause the lamination bags with poor protection.

Inside lamination bags have a BOPP/PE film laminated to the interior surface of the woven tube, creating a smooth inner liner that provides moisture barrier and dust reduction. Outside lamination bags have the film applied to the exterior, primarily for surface quality and printability. Inside lamination is preferred for moisture-sensitive products (fertilizers, seeds, food powders) where the liner must contact the product directly.

Q:
What machines are required for a complete inside lamination bag production line?
A:

The list of required equipment mainly as follows:

  1. Raw materials mixer
  2. High speed flat yarn extrusion line
  3. Mini six shuttles circular loom
  4. 4.1. Two Layers Co-Extrusion Film Blowing Machine
  5. 4.2. PP Woven Tubular Fabric Inner Liner Inside Lamination machine
  6. Flexographic printing machine
  7. Auto cutting & sewing machine
  8. Hydraulic baling press
  9. Downstream auxiliary
  10. Quality control equipment

A complete line requires: (1) Mixer Machine, (2) Flat Yarn Extrusion Line, (3) Circular Looms (6 or 8 shuttles), (4) Two Layers Co-Extrusion Film Blowing Machine, (5) PP Woven Tubular Fabric Inner Liner Inside Lamination Machine, (6) Roll-to-Roll Flexographic Printing Machine, and (7) High Speed Auto Cutting & Sewing Machine.

Q:
What products are typically packaged in inside lamination bags?
A:

Idea for packaging for fertilizers, seeds, animal feed, flour, starch, and chemical powders.

Inside lamination bags are widely used for fertilizers, seeds, animal feed, flour, starch, rice, sugar, salt, and chemical powders — any application where moisture ingress or dust emission must be controlled. The smooth BOPP/PE inner liner prevents product caking, reduces dust leakage at seams, and enables clean emptying of the bag.

Q:
What is the role of the co-extrusion film blowing machine in this production line?
A:

The co-extrusion film blowing machine is the key equipment for manufacturing inside lamination bags, without this equipment will not be able to make the woven bags with moisture resistance protection layer.

The co-extrusion film blowing machine produces the two-layer BOPP/PE composite film used as the inner liner. Co-extrusion combines BOPP's strength and barrier properties with PE's sealing and adhesion characteristics in a single film production step — eliminating the need for separate film lamination and ensuring consistent inter-layer bond strength across the full production run.
