PP / HDPE Woven Bags, Woven Sacks Production Line

  • Mixer with thermal heating (HY7-350)
    The mixer can mix the material completely. The capacity is 300 kg to full the tank. The power motor is the gear reduction motor 2.25 kw. The dimension is 2,000 mm x 1,150 mm x 1,200 mm.
  • The extrusion machine (HY7/SP-100HE)
    This equipment is design for producing ppflat yarn. It’s maximum pp melting output upto 240 kg/hr, equipped with belt type screen filter changer and rotary blades slitting system, these components can save the down time for changing the iron filter and tape slitting blades, and also decrease the loss during the production. The pressure rollers of take off unit is controlled by pneumatic system, and synchronized control electronic control box to control full set machine. Our electronic tension control winder provides good wind-up flat surface quality, tape strength and even winding edge.
  • The mini six shuttle circular loom (HY7-m6SCL)
    This is new standard of circular loom, which is wearing less, less electrical power consumption and high productivity. The circular loom is doing tubular weaving, the speed up to 183 rpm/minute, its capacity can reach to 135 meters/hour auto stop system of warp & weft yarn braken/finished and auto compensation system of weaving will make machine has no empty weaving. The mini four shuttles circular leno loom (hy7-m4scll) The circular loom is doing tubular weaving; the speed up to 90 rpm/minute, its capacity can reach upto 100 m/hour auto stop system of warp & weft yarn braken/finished. The mini eight shuttles circular loom (hy7-m8scl) This is the newest & update standard of circular loom in taiwan, which is wearing less, less electrical power consumption and high productivity. The circular loom is doing tubular weaving, the speed up to 80 rpm/min., its capacity can reach to 43 meters/hour auto stop system of warp & weft yarn braken/finished and auto compensation system of weaving will make machine has no empty weaving. And it is designed for weaving the jumbo bag body.
  • The high speed auto cutting & sewing machine (HY7/SP-150H)
    Fully automatic conversion line with servo motor designed to produce bottom fold-sewn bags from tubular cloth roll which is not only dramatically reduces labor consumption, but also in high productivity while maintain stable quality. The line, including cutting, sewing, count stacking sections, with its unique design, employed marginal moving parts, which not only very easy to operate but also minimal maintenance required.
  • The manual feeding type one side four colors printing machine (HY7-104)
    It is a piece-by-piece type printing machine, which bag feed by manually and the production speed upto 50 pcs, and average speed will be around 40 pcs/minute, the printing drum is posible to change its position (left to right & up to down) and each color have got individual ink circulation pump. It is the conversional type printing machine and easy operation and maintanance.
  • The hydraulic baling press (HY7-20TS)
    this machine design for packing the woven bag to the bale type Then put them to the storage, to the customer site, etc…
